Design Thinking is now a global buzzword, usually spoken in the context of solving corporate/tough/systemic problems in a human-centric way. Over a period, life in offices is undergoing a sea change with technology enablement of work, distributed work practices, changing demographics, increasing complexity of business itself, and more recently due to the pandemic. In the race for efficiency, simple communication has become tough at times resulting in negative work-life experiences. How can Design Thinking bring efficiency and a better experience for an individual in a typical office life, where we spend most of our awake time?
Who should attend?
This session would provide a few simple ways to manage the workplace better for an individual and an organization, using the basic tenets of Design Thinking. It is designed keeping in mind those at the beginning or at a very early stage in their careers.
Mithi is jointly managed by the 4 co-founders of the company and a dedicated core team of that has a collective experience of over a hundred man years in software product development. The team has received wide recognition and acknowledgement from customers and industry observers for its work.
