Details

Gaslighting is a form of psychological manipulation meant to cause a person to doubt their perception of reality and understanding of a situation. Gaslighting happens in the workplace and is ultimately about exerting power and control over a person. It can be done by a colleague, boss, companion, or anyone in a position of power. This webinar brings awareness to workplace gaslighting and provides tools to help protect against this form of harassment that can result in demotivating employees or volunteers and disrupting the nonprofit mission.

Who should attend?
