Details

Lean and Six Sigma are improvement methodologies that have helped organizations and businesses save money, improve delivery performance, reduce inventory and improve quality for decades. These techniques of data analysis and process workflow can also be used to help engage employees and develop staff and volunteers for future roles. These methods have also helped reduce negative impacts on the environment (energy, waste and landfill usage), and help government agencies, education, and nonprofits working towards achieving sustainable solutions to challenges in our communities.

Who should attend?

Anyone who wants to learn to improve their business through more streamlined data analysis and process workflow!
